We use to accept minumum 3 nights rental; for more than seven nights, 5% discount is applied. During high season we prefer the weekly rentals. Price includes one weekly cleaning, towels and linen, electricity and gas.

We ask 30% as deposit and you can pay the remaining on your arrival in Lisbon.
