Apartment number 50 is located at the ground floor, in Príncipe Real, close to Bairro Alto and Baixa.

It is an original, colorful apartment with a garden. Every small detail of architecture has been carefully planned in order to build a fairy tale accommodation in Lisbon where you will certainly feel special.
The ceilings are quite low (about 200 cm), so the apartment won’t be comfortable for guests taller than 185 cm.

The apartment is a 50 m2 duplex and has been renovated to include the following:

Ground floor:

• a living room with a sofa, a table, a gymnastic machine, a working table, cable TV, DVD player;
• a complete small kitchen with washing and dryer machine, stove and everything else you could need;
• a bathroom with shower;
• It also has a wonderful rich garden (25m2), perfect to relax, sun baths, where you can also have your meals most of the year round.

First floor:

• one bedroom with a double bed (130cmX190cm);

The apartment has broad band wireless internet, a printer with paper and several other materials for those who need to work during their stay.

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”.
You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.
