Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, near gardens and very good restaurants!

Apartment number 130 is located on the second floor of a building, in Príncipe Real, close to Bairro Alto and Baixa next door to the wonderful Praça das Flores.

The apartment is a duplex and has an area of 90 m2. It has been renovated to include the following:

Ground floor:

• a living room with a single sofa bed, and a dining table; it also has a CD player; the living room communicates with the 2 single bedrooms;
• two bedrooms each with a single bed (90 cm); one of them communicates with the double bedroom;
• one bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide);
• a complete kitchen with washing and dryer machine, gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge withy freezer and everything else you could need;
• a bathroom with shower;

First floor (under the roof):

• a big sitting room with place for at least seven persons; it has sattelite TV and DVD player;

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

UMTS internet connection with USB plug can be provided upon request (10,00€/day).

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”.
You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.
