This is a one bedroom flat that is bright and sunny and is located in a third floor (no lift). The apartment offers a gourgeous river view! It is located at Lapa, a residential neighborhood.

On the street of the apartment there is a supermarket and nearby there are all kind of shops, restaurants and public transports (the famous 28 tram is just 5 minutes walking).

Also, the apartment is very close to Santos, a place where you could find restaurants, bars and also the museum of ancient art (Museu de Arte Antiga).

The apartment is 67m2 and has been renovated to include the following:

• one bedroom with a double bed (140cm*200cm);
• a living room with a sofa, dining area, satellite TV, hi-fi stereo;
• a complete kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge with freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and everything you can possibly need to have a comfortable stay;
• a bathroom with bathtub and shower

Remark: the windowsill is low so it is not suitable for young children.

Wireless broadband access available for those who have their own laptop with Wi-Fi compatible equipment.

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.
