Apartment number 92 is located in the old city centre, at Chiado/Bairro Alto - place where a large part of the cultural, gastronomic and nightlife of Lisbon takes place.

It is located on the 1st floor of a renovated building in old historic Lisbon.

The entire neighbourhood is more than 200 years old, and the building respects the 19th century style of architecture. The apartment has the original wood floors and doors and is decorated to respect the nature of the surroundings.

There are tree public car parks within 3 minutes walking distance.

The apartment has 75m2 and it has been recently renovated to include the following:

• one bedroom with double bed (140 cm);
• one living room with double sofa-bed, TV and hi-fi;
• complete kitchen with electric oven and gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing and dryer machine;
• a bathroom with bathtub;

• a terrace with a table and chairs where you can take your meals.

In wintertime the apartment is heated with electric heaters and it has air-conditioning in the bedroom

UMTS internet connection with USB plug can be provided upon request (10,00€/day).

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”.
You will also find in the apartment various CDs of typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.

By day, it is a quiet sleepy area (recently pedestrianised); by night the area comes alive and is a popular place to dine and drink away the early hours.
