This luxury apartment is set in the old part of the city center, in the same building of apartment 29 and 73. It’s bright and filled with daylight, set on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a recently refurbished building at the heart of the elegant neighbourhood of Chiado.

There are tree public car parks 3 minutes walking.

The apartment is 56 m2 and has been renovated to include the following:

• one bedroom with double bed (150 cm wide);
• one living room with dining and sitting areas, one double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and stereo;
• a complete kitchen with, gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dish washer;
• one bathrooms with bath tub.

All rooms have air-conditioning.

The apartment has telephone.

Wireless broadband access available for those who have their own laptop with Wi-Fi compatible equipment.

The building has an elevator.

There is a garage in another building not far away from the apartment that can be used by our guests (availability subjected to request!).
