Apartment 34 is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a renovated 18thC building (the same as number 8) on a small street near Rua da Costa do Castelo (street of the castle) and Baixa.

It has two bedrooms and a very sunny living room. You can enjoy here your family or friend vacations, a romantic stay or business accommodation.

Nearby you have various forms of traditional Portuguese commerce, and from there you can easily reach most of the popular sightseeing spots in Lisbon.

It is also a short walking distance to the subway (Martim Moniz station), to the train station (Cais do Sodré) going to the beaches around Cascais and the station where the trains to Sintra leaves.

There is also one public car park within a 5 minutes walk of the apartment (Martim Moniz).

This apartment has 70m2 and has been renovated in order to include the following:

• a bedroom with double bed (140 cm);
• a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 cm);
• a living room with a double sofa-bed, an eating table, satellite TV, DVD player and hifi stereo;  
• a kitchen that has all you need including gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine;
• a bathroom with shower.

Cable internet access available for those who have their own laptop.

In wintertime the apartment is heated with electric heaters.

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”.
