Flat number 90 is located in a peaceful street in the centre of Lisbon (the same as number 10, 31 and 103) in the Pena district. The apartment is located on the second floor (no lift) of a renewed building.

Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce, and it is a walking distance from Lisbon's historical centre and some of the best sea food restaurants in the city. It is also a short walking distance to the subway and train stations going to the beaches around Cascais.

There are two public car parks 5 minutes walking.

It is 30m2 and has been renovated to include the following:

• one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm);
• living room with a single sofa bed, TV, and CD player;
• an independent kitchen with everything you need (electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, diswasher, washing and drying machine);
• a bathroom with a bathtub.

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

UMTS internet connection with USB plug can be provided upon request (10,00€/day).

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”. You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.
