Apartment number 60 is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator!) of a typical XIX century building constructed in the Pena district,  2 minutes from Rossio and Baixa.

Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce, and it is a walking distance from Lisbon's historical centre and some of the best sea food restaurants in the city. It is also a short walking distance to the subway and bus stops.

There are two public car parks 3 minutes walking.

It has an abundance of natural light, and from the window you have an amazing direct view of Rossio, Bairro Alto, Chiado and the river.

It is 60m2 and has been completely renovated and remodelled to include:

• one bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide);
• one living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, DvD player and a hi-fi stereo;
• a kitchenette, comunicating with the sitting room, with washing machine, and dish washer, gas oven and stove, microwave and fridge with freezer;
• a bathroom with bathtub;

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

UMTS internet connection with USB plug can be provided upon request (10,00€/day).
