Apartment number 41 is located on the 4th floor (with elevator!) of an old and renovated historic building in the Baixa district.

From its windows you can enjoy a great view to the Santa Justa Elevator, a must see of the city. It was designed by a disciple of Gustave Eiffel and it is open since 1902. We strongly recommend a visit as it offers amazing views over Baixa and the rest of Lisbon.

This stylish and nicely furnished one bedroom apartment offers a lot of natural light, comfort and quietness.

It is also on a perfect location to get around as it is in the heart of the historical centre. The building is located on a street full of shops and it is also next door to all kinds of traditional commerce and to a wide variety of restaurants. It is also a short walking distance from the picturesque neighbourhoods of Chiado and Bairro Alto.

The subway is at a few steps away and is it also walking distance to the train stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon, to Sintra and to all the sightseeing in and outside the city.

There are three public parking garages at your disposal within a 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is 65 m2 and has been renovated to include the following:

• one living room with one sofa bed (110 cm * 200 cm);
• a kitchenette with electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, and everything you can need to have a comfortable stay;
• one bedroom with double bed (160 cm * 200 cm), a desk, flat screen cable TV, Dvd and Cd player;
• one bathroom with shower.

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”.
You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.
