Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce, and it is a walking distance from Lisbon's historical centre and some of the best sea food restaurants in the city. It is also a short walking distance to the subway and train stations going to the beaches around Cascais.

There are two public car parks 3 minutes walking.

It is 25m2 sunny studio and has been completely renovated, to include:

• one room with a sofa bed (140 cm) a dining area and a single bed over the closet. It has cable TV, DvD player and a stereo hifi;
• an independent kitchen with all you need (electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine). From the window you can see the castle (S. Jorge) and the river behind the roofs of nearby houses;
• a bathroom with a bathtub.

In wintertime it is eated with electric or gas heaters.

UMTS internet connection with USB plug can be provided upon request (10,00€/day).
