Apartment number 118 is cozy warmly decorated apartment located on the 2nd floor of an old building in the Pena district next door to the big Avenue going from Marquês de Pombal to Rossio - Avenida da Liberdade.

Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce and is walking distance from Lisbon's historical centre and some of the best sea food restaurants in the city. It is also a short walking distance to the subway and train stations going to the beaches around Cascais.

There are also two public car parks within a 5 minutes walk of the apartment.

It is 30 m2 studio and has been entirely renovated and remodelled to include:

• a living room with a big sofa bed (2 person), cable tv, DVD player, hifi stereo and a table for 4;
• a kitchen with electric stove, microwave/oven, a fridge with frezer;
• a bathroom with shower;

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

Cable internet access available for those who have their own laptop.
